What inspections should be done before installing the sawdust particle machine

Before installing the sawdust particle machine, relevant installation and construction personnel should inspect the equipment for three main purposes: whether the equipment is damaged; Whether there is a shortage of parts, components, and accessories, and when handling handover procedures, the following points should be noted:

1) The type, model, and specifications of the sawdust granulator should match the needs.

2) Check the appearance and protective packaging of the equipment, and record any defects, damages, or rust.

3) Check the completeness of parts, components, tools, accessories, spare parts, auxiliary materials, factory certificates, and other technical documents according to the packing list, and make records.

4) The equipment and rotating and sliding components must not rotate or slide until the rust preventive oil is removed. The rust preventive oil removed due to inspection should be reapplied after inspection.

5) For parts, components, accessories, auxiliary materials, measuring tools, and technical documents that do not require installation or are not used during installation. After inspection, it should be handed over to the user for safekeeping.
