1、 Equipment vibration fault
The vast majority of key equipment in feed factories are rotating mechanical equipment, such as granulators, puffers, mixers, crushers, and their accompanying fans. Rotating equipment often experiences severe vibration failures and cannot function. There are many reasons for vibration, and first of all, we should consider bearing failure. Defects in bearings can cause equipment to vibrate violently, cause serious noise, and even cause equipment damage. Bearings can be divided into rolling bearings and sliding bearings according to their structure. Rolling bearings may be damaged prematurely during operation due to improper assembly, poor lubrication, foreign object entry, and overload, mainly manifested as natural wear, cage damage, outer ring fracture, and plastic deformation. Bearing clearance refers to the amount of movement when one side of the inner or outer ring of a bearing is fixed and the other side moves radially or axially. The longer the bearing is used, the greater the normal wear and tear, and the greater the clearance. The equipment vibration will intensify, and a new bearing needs to be replaced. For granulators, bearing clearance can be viewed and measured by fixing the inner ring of the spindle bearing on the spindle and applying upward load to the rotor. The installation of bearings requires mastering a principle that installation force or torque can only be transmitted through the corresponding ring, usually using press fit and heating fit for installation. In addition, the lubrication of bearings is one of the important factors affecting their performance, and the suitability of lubricants and lubrication methods will have an impact on the lifespan of bearings. Through lubrication, the rotary friction between the raceway surface and the steel ball, the Sliding friction between the steel ball and the cage, and the Sliding friction between the cage and the raceway guide surface can be reduced to take away the heat generated by the internal friction of the bearing and other external heat to prevent the bearing from heating. The filling amount of lubricating grease varies depending on the structure and volume of the casing, usually filling up to 1/3-1/2 of the volume. But for low-speed bearings, to prevent the entry of foreign objects, sometimes it is also filled to 2/3-1. Secondly, we should consider the equipment vibration caused by rotor imbalance. The main reasons for rotor imbalance include: rotor scaling, detachment of counterweight blocks, rotor deformation, and misalignment of the rotation center and center of mass (this is usually not considered, and the equipment has been dynamically balanced before leaving the factory). Finally, it is necessary to check whether the foundation is loose, whether all equipment is installed strictly according to installation specifications, whether the connecting parts are loose, whether the clearance of each coupling (normal 2-3mm), whether the flatness and verticality adjustment are appropriate, and other items.
2、 Low equipment production
The low output of the granulator is caused by the factor A of the ring mold, and the surface of the bell mouth on the ring mold needs to be re chamfered due to calendering. B. Improper selection of ring mold compression ratio. Selection principle: livestock and poultry feed 9-13; Fish feed 12-15; Shrimp feed 20-25; Heat sensitive feed 5-9; Grass and straw feed 6-9. C. The mold hole is blocked. Knock the blocked holes from the outside to the inside of the ring mold to remove impurities. D. The low opening rate of the ring mold leads to low production. Pressure roller factor A: The pressure roller shell is worn and needs to be replaced in a timely manner. B. The combination of new and old ring molds, as well as new and old ring molds, will result in low production. A new ring mold should be used with a new pressure roller shell for granulation, so that the overall contact gap between the pressure roller and the ring mold is consistent, achieving uniform wear. The blade factor of the conditioner affects the material conditioning effect after blade wear, resulting in poor material mixing and absorption of steam. The material softening of the conditioner is not good, which affects the particle pulverization rate and yield. Tempering temperature factor: Tempering temperature is too low. Suggested control range: 70~88 for livestock and poultry feed; Fish feed 82~95; Shrimp feed 90~105; Heat sensitive feed 45-69. Unit: ℃. The steam quality factor is that the steam pressure of the cylinder should be ≥ 0.6Mpa; After pressure reduction, the steam pressure is 0.1~0.3M, ensuring normal operation to ensure that the steam is saturated without condensed water. Low output of the crusher A. Check if the material has passed through the crushing section once. B. Did the material add grease in the secondary mixing. C. Are ingredients such as silkworm pupae added to the formula. D. Is the steering direction of the guide plate consistent with that of the main engine. E. Check if the solenoid valve of the dust collector is blowing normally and if the cloth bag is blocked. F. The configuration of the dust collector fan is incorrect, and the direction of the fan is incorrect. G. The gap between the hammer and screen is not suitable, and the hammer blades are severely worn. H. The sieve plate is severely worn. I. The arrangement of holes in the sieve is incorrect, and the opening rate is too low. J. The air inlet of the impeller feeder is not open or the opening is not appropriate. K. The moisture content of the raw material is too high. L. The sieve aperture does not meet the requirements, resulting in excessive crushing of the material. M. The original hammer and sieve plates were not used. N. Is the smooth and rough surface of the sieve installed correctly. O. Serious powder leakage in the settling chamber (especially between the air transportation system, crusher, and settling chamber). The production of puffing machines is low, and the production of puffed soybeans is low. The screw head is severely worn. B. The expansion cavity liner is severely worn. C. The pressure ring and wear ring are severely worn. (Handling method: Replace worn related accessories in a timely manner. Large size pressure rings can be used as small size pressure rings. For example, if a pressure ring of ¥ 209 is worn, it can be used as a pressure ring of ¥ 207). D. The customer wants to obtain puffed soybean products with low urinary enzyme activity. E. The fineness of soybean crushing is too coarse. F. The tension of the triangular belt is relatively loose (treatment method: timely check the tension of the triangular belt. If the belt has aged, the entire set of belts should be replaced together). G. The steam quality entering the conditioner is poor (treatment method: the steam quality should be checked in a timely manner, and the drainage system of the steam pipeline should be checked). The yield of puffed corn is low, and the screw head is severely worn. B. The expansion cavity is severely worn.
