Secondly, the placement of the granulator is meticulous. The machine should be used indoors in a dry and clean environment, and should not be used in places where the atmosphere contains acids or other corrosive gases that circulate to the body.

Thirdly, the shutdown matters of the particle machine. After the granulator is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the hopper, and then it should be properly installed to prepare for the next use.

Fourthly, when the drum moves back and forth during operation, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the screw at the back of the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the gap to ensure that the bearing does not make any noise, rotate the pulley manually, and the appropriate tension is appropriate. Excessive tightness or looseness can cause damage to the machine.

Fifthly, if the machine has been out of use for a long time, it must be wiped clean all over the machine, and the smooth surface of the machine must be coated with rust resistant oil and covered with a cloth.
