The feed machinery industry in China should develop towards scale and intensification, reducing production and management costs by expanding sales volume, and improving efficiency.
China's crushers should further make breakthroughs in load control technology and be combined with central control technology to achieve complete simulation of various working states of the crushers; Develop a safe and reliable automatic screen changing mechanism to enable the crusher to automatically change screens without stopping, reduce downtime, facilitate the production of different materials, and improve efficiency. Further research is needed on the detection of discharge uniformity, automatic detection of material leakage, and automatic cleaning after mixing in the mixer. Additionally, it is necessary to study the control technology of particle machines for material conditioning time, such as adjusting the inclination angle of different materials, changing the residence time of materials in the conditioner, or automatically adjusting the blade angle of the conditioner to achieve this; To develop a dynamic automatic adjustment mechanism for the pressure roller and ring mold gap of the pellet machine, and to connect equipment such as a feed pellet pulverizer to the pellet machine, timely control should also be achieved to accelerate feedback speed and improve product quality.
