3. Each team must carry out the maintenance of various types of machinery in accordance with the mechanical maintenance procedures and categories, without unreasonable delay. In special circumstances, the maintenance can only be postponed with the approval of the responsible specialist, but generally it should not exceed half of the specified maintenance interval;

4. The maintenance of machinery should ensure quality, and be carried out item by item according to the specified items and requirements, without missing or missing warranty. Maintenance items, maintenance quality, and any issues found during maintenance should be recorded and reported to the dedicated engineer of the department;

5. Maintenance personnel and departments should achieve "three inspections and one handover (self inspection, mutual inspection, full-time inspection, and one handover qualified)", continuously summarize maintenance experience, and improve maintenance quality; 

6. The Asset Management Department regularly supervises and inspects the mechanical maintenance status of each unit, conducts regular or irregular spot checks on the maintenance quality, and rewards and punishes the good and the bad.

Energy saving speed regulation

The power device of mechanical equipment mainly comes from AC motors, and when the motor is started, the current will be 5-6 times higher than the rated value, which not only affects the service life of the motor but also consumes a lot of electricity. The system will leave a certain margin in motor selection during design, and the speed of the motor is fixed, but sometimes it needs to be operated at a lower or higher speed in actual use. In this case, SAJ frequency converters are generally installed to achieve soft start of the motor, achieve energy-saving speed regulation by changing the input voltage frequency of the equipment, and provide protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload for the equipment.
