我公司采用的硫酸鉀成套設備采用曼海姆工(gōng)藝,在德國(guó)幹式陪燒法的基礎上(shàng)加以改進而成的新型燃燒反應爐,與其它專用設備結合,成功的解決了高(gāo)溫、高(gāo)濃度強酸腐蝕以及連續化投料生(shēng)産等多(duō)項工(gōng)藝技(jì)術(shù)問題。與傳統工(gōng)藝相(xiàng)比主要有以下(xià)優點:

單台日産硫酸鉀成品大于40噸反應爐爐體采用獨立式反應爐,支撐在保溫牆之間,根據反應爐的結構用耐火材料将反應爐依次分為(wèi)爐頂、爐壁、爐底三個(gè)受熱部分,使爐體的受熱面積大大增加,提高(gāo)了熱量的利用率。來自(zì)節能(néng)燃煤爐的熱量依次經過爐頂、爐壁、爐底,使熱量盡量被反應爐吸收,提高(gāo)爐體内原料的反應量從(cóng)而使産量大大提高(gāo)。

四、鹽酸吸收效率高(gāo)
操作方便鹽酸吸收系統采用聚丙稀材質,填料塔和石墨降膜吸收器(qì)相(xiàng)間使用,提高(gāo)了吸收效率和降溫效果;塔體和循環儲槽采用分離式布置,增大了循環儲槽容量,減少成品酸排放(fàng)次數,方便操作且價格低(dī)維修方便;循環泵采用直連式離心泵,使用壽命長(cháng),維修保養方便;反應爐和吸收設備間的吸氣管道采用耐高(gāo)溫耐腐蝕材質砌成,使用壽命長(cháng),減少維修清理次數,這是碳化矽反應爐所不能(néng)實現的。

五、采用節能(néng)燃氣爐代替煤氣發生(shēng)爐
由于本反應爐的受熱特點,可以采用新型的節能(néng)燃氣爐來代替煤氣發生(shēng)爐或其它加熱方式,使操作更加簡單、安全,比煤氣爐省煤20%左右。這是碳化結構的爐子不可能(néng)做到(dào)的。

六、生(shēng)産穩定,操作方便
本反應爐采用特種材質制造,具有結構簡單堅固,耐高(gāo)溫,耐腐蝕,熱穩定性導熱性能(néng)好,而且操作簡單,維修率極低(dī)。爐内攪拌系統使用壽命在2年(nián)左右,大大降低(dī)了維修成本,延長(cháng)生(shēng)産周期。
F. Stable production and convenient operation
The reactor is made of special materials, with simple and solid structure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal stability and thermal conductivity, and simple operation, low maintenance rate.
